Spectacle & Line Blinds
Spectacle Blinds and Line Blinds are simple safety devices that install between two process flanges. They give a quick visual indication that a piece of equipment or downstream piping is positively isolated from the service and it is safe to begin downstream work.
Marshall J Brown offers spectacle blinds in a couple different variations. Class 150 – 2500 spectacle-line blinds come in either high quality carbon steel or stainless steel materials and other alloys. Typical sizes range from one inch to 24 inches, but larger sizes are available upon request.
